Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured planning and listed building consent for the repair, alteration, refurbishment and extension of the Grade II listed, Ward Hall in Rusholme for educational purposes. The scheme will provide the Xaverian College with six new classrooms and improve teaching conditions, subsequently reducing reliance on temporary teaching cabins.
Paul Butler Associates Ltd provided a Planning and Heritage Statement which appraised the scheme against national and local planning policy requirements, confirming it to be of a very high quality, and consistent with character and significance of the listed building and the Victoria Park Conservation Area.
