Paul Butler Associates Ltd provided heritage advice in relation to a scheme involving the repair, alteration, extension and conversion of the Grade II listed Dock Office building to 67 apartments. The Dock Office was designed and purpose built for the Manchester Ship Canal Company to accommodate the office and regulatory functions required to administer and manage the operation of the Salford Docks.
