The practice undertook an appeal against the decision of Manchester City Council to refuse advertisement consent for a shop sign considered to be overly prominent. We collated all the necessary information required to register an appeal with the Planning Inspectorate and prepared advertisement appeal forms including full grounds of appeal. Our role included management of the appeal process through to determination and a written response was prepared to the Council’s appeal statement. The appeal was subsequently allowed.
