Paul Butler Associates Ltd was successful in obtaining planning permission for the change of use, conversion and extension of a former cosmetic surgery clinic, originally constructed as a pair of Victorian villas into nine dwellings. The scheme also involved the rebuilding and extension of the former coach house to provide an additional three dwellings.

The Practice prepared a Planning Statement and Heritage Statement in support of the application which appraised the scheme against national and local planning policies and considered the impact of the proposals on the heritage significance of the building and the Bowdon Conservation Area.

The scheme was approved at Planning Committee in September 2015.
