The scheme involved the residential conversion and extension of a building dating from 1932 and which as part of its former use accommodated vehicle garages, training galleries, and even an aviary in which canaries were bred. The development will secure the long-term future of the building and will provide 17 dwellings including 15 townhouses and two apartments.
