Heritage Statement
Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured planning permission and listed building consent for the change of use of this Grade II listed building from offices (B1a) to 15 residential apartments, together with internal and external works to the building.

The application was supported by a Planning and Heritage Statement prepared by Paul Butler Associates Ltd. The Practice also provided advice on an initial soft strip exercise which revealed the building’s original features which were then incorporated into the conversion scheme. The discharge of pre-commencement planning and listed building consent conditions was also managed allowing the development to proceed.
