The practice was employed by B and R Developments to secure planning permission for a mixed use redevelopment scheme for a prominent vacant 19th century five-storey textile mill within Glossop Town Centre. The practice co-ordinated and submitted a planning application for the comprehensive redevelopment of the former mill site into commercial and residential accommodation. The scheme was designed by architect Pozzoni. A subsequent revision application was approved to reconfigure floor space to create a public library, 9 additional apartments and for use of a listed Gatehouse for commercial use. The practice worked closely with High Peak Conservation and Planning Officers to secure the future of one of the Towns’ most iconic former textile mills.
