Paul Butler Associates acted as planning agent on this project which involved the change of use part of the ground floor of the building to provide serviced office accommodation, coworking space and a café. As part of the application a series of external enhancements were proposed including the provision of a large living wall around the main entrance. Following approval of the application Paul Butler Associates progressed applications for the discharge of conditions and advertisement consent.
