The refurbishment of the building involved alterations to the building façade including the replacement and enlargement of windows, the incorporation of part of the colonnade and adjacent retail unit into an enlarged reception area, café and multi-use co-working facility along with associated service, access and plant works.

The Practice worked closely with Manchester City Council to secure permission that has seen the refurbishment of this office building, enabling it to meet the expectations of modern office occupiers.
