Paul Butler Associates acted as agent on this project which involved providing strategic planning advice; undertaking pre-application consultation with Manchester City Council; and,coordinating, preparing and submitting applications. The project involved the progression of a prior approval application to convert the vacant and unattractive office building to 16 apartments; a planning application for a single storey roof extension to provide 6 apartments; and the extension and change of use of the ground floor to provide new commercial spaces. External alterations to the building were also undertaken and the building now makes a positive active contribution to Chorlton District Centre
