Acting on behalf of the developer, Paul Butler Associates Ltd navigated a complex planning case to secure outline planning permission in November 2018. This involved representing the applicant through the application stage and appearing at planning committee. The practice then progressed an appeal against non determination which was successful and outline planning was approved in November 2019. Paul Butler Associates then secured Reserved Matters approval in September 2021 and are currently working on the discharge of conditions with construction due to commence in early 2022.
