PBA have had a central role in the delivery of the masterplan providing planning advice at each stage of the process in order to guide the architects and other members of the project team.  PBA have facilitated project team meetings and workshops acted as the focal point between the client and wider project team. For each application, PBA have acted as agent in order to lead discussions with the local authority and present at planning committee. PBA have also progressed as series of amendment applications and various discharge of condition applications for the scheme as construction has progressed.
