Planning Statement
Paul Butler Associates were appointed to progress a planning appeal following refusal of a householder planning application for a side and rear extension and other external alterations to a detached house. Two reasons for refusal were provided by the Council relating to the scale of the extension and its impact on the streetscene; and, impact on the amenity of the neighbouring property

Paul Butler Associates managed a written representations planning appeal preparing an ‘Appeal Statement of Case’ to justify that the development satisfied adopted planning policies. The appeal was subsequently approved by the Planning Inspectorate.
