Paul Butler Associates Ltd were appointed to submit a planning application for the redevelopment of a small six space surface car park on Chapel Street in Salford for a residential-led development. The scheme comprises a six storey building with commercial use on the ground floor and apartments, designed to meet the demand for housing for young professionals working within the Regional Centre, provided on the upper floors.
