Paul Butler Associates Ltd helped secure planning permission for the redevelopment of low-grade industrial units on Sillavan Way in the heart of Salford with a high quality residential-led mixed use development. The scheme consisted of 327 apartments spread across four residential blocks rising from 6 to 17 storeys, together with ground floor commercial floorspace, car parking and landscaping.

Paul Butler Associates Ltd provided specialist planning and heritage advice, including the preparation of supporting Planning, Heritage and Affordable Housing and Planning Obligation Statements. These documents demonstrated the scheme’s compliance with national and local planning and heritage policy.

The scheme was approved by Salford City Council in 2012 and completed in 2014.
