Planning Statement
Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured planning permission for the refurbishment of a Victorian block of former guest houses located in Morecambe to provide 51 residential houses. PlaceFirst’s proposals won unanimous support from Lancaster City Council’s planning committee.

The proposal will sensitively regenerate part of an entire street block, respecting the street pattern and the Victorian architecture whilst updating the interiors to reflect modern living standards.
