The practice assisted Galliford Try (subsequently Vistry) secure planning permission for a 60 bedroom extra care development in Brunswick, Manchester. The scheme was initially conceived as part of the phased redevelopment and refurbishment of the Brunswick Neighbourhood. Paul Butler Associates acted as planning agent to coordinate and submit the application, aswell as undertaking the Planning Statement. A series of external changes to the building were subsequently secured in agreement with the City Council as part of a non-material changes application. The practice went on to assisted Vistry discharge pre-commencement planning conditions for landscaping, external plant, acoustic performance and remediation.
